Scheduling & cancellation

After you request a quote we confirm scheduling with you directly. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or skip a visit to avoid a fee. Recurring plan rates stay in effect while the plan continues.

Satisfaction guarantee

If any area isn’t done to your standard, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no charge.
